Theatre for teenagers
ACTING
At Theatro Aigaia we play theater to give a way out to our energy and imagination. To develop our expressive means, to “unblock” our body and our voice, to free ourselves from all kinds of molds. Because it gives us the opportunity to enter other worlds, to transform, to experience different situations, to face problems, dilemmas and passions and to exorcise them. To make new friends and try to achieve positive goals together. Because we love “beautiful” and love “art”, and theater is inclusive of all the arts. To communicate messages, to move, to entertain, to have fun!
The workshops are aimed at teenagers of all ages and levels, with or without experiences.
The program includes: Acting, improvisation, theatrical play, movement, rhythm, speech education, theatrical singing.
- 1 session per week_Wednesday18:00-20:00_English speaking group
Entry to Drama schools (or performing arts Universities abroad, Cyprus + Greece)
The preparation content is adapted to the requirements of each school to which the application is submitted by the students.
Drama Examination preparation:
The preparation of all theater examinations is offered for the specialised subjects as listed below and the language of instruction and examination is English.
As the examinations are important for the recognition and certification of knowledge, skills and level, our students are encouraged to include it in their program.
Theatro Aigaia is an accredited LAMDA center, for the teaching, organisation and implementation of all their programs and examinations. The examination preparation is offered with no additional fees to all our active students that have participated in our groups for the whole of the current academic year.
